Chef Olivia Roszkowski is a neuroscientist by training, completing her undergraduate studies at Columbia College of Columbia University in the City of New York. Her greatest passion is to utilize plants both as an artistic canvas and to transform them into something unexpected. She hopes to further her studies in neuroscience and to help advance the field of neurogastronomy.

Chef Olivia is an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education and the Culinary Editor of the eco-forward publication Naturally, Danny Seo. She is in the process of working on her thesis to earn her Masters in Arts degree in Food Studies from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education & Human Development in Spring 2023.

Chef Olivia has close to thirteen years of professional kitchen experience. She completed the Chef Training Program at Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, and has worked in the kitchens of Jean-Georges, David Chang and Danny Meyer.
