Carrot & Hazelnut Milk Chai

The construction of flavor using plants is so intriguing. In this recipe we use carrot juice for sweetness & color, hazelnut milk for depth & creaminess & spices for warmth & depth.

Barley Dessert Risotto with Slivered Almond & Nepitella Blossoms
